Tornado M5 IP Phone Applications

Our highly functional Tornado product line of customer premises equipment (end user devices) can be used for multiple applications in modern telecommunication networks. Below are some of the applications that are in high demand where Tornado M5 IP Phone can be used successfully:

Tornado M5 IP Phones in Traditional Class 5 Infrastructure

The Tornado M5 IP Phone is designed to serve the needs of SOHO and SMB customers. It is a perfect phone for use in traditional Class 5 telecom infrastructure. Using Tornado M5 together with an integrated call management system, such as the VoiceMaster product by SysMaster, SOHO and SMB customers can build quickly decentralized, highly functional and easily scalable Class 5 telecom infrastructures. In such infrastructure, all Tornado M5 IP Phones are distributed to the system subscribers (end users); all such phones register with the call management system so that the latter knows where to route calls made to a specific device. Most of the Class 5 functionality is handled directly by the Tornado M5 IP Phone, such as Call Forwarding, Call Hold, Call Return, VoiceMail etc. The call management server provides account provisioning, call billing and routing.

Virtual Office Infrastructure with Tornado M5 IP Phones

The Virtual Office Class 5 Infrastructure provides businesses with mobility and cost savings from long distance/international calls while offering same features as expensive PBX systems. The Virtual Office infrastructure is an extension of the traditional Class 5 infrastructure. As IP Phones communicate with each other and with the central call management system over the Internet, users are no longer bound to a specific physical location, which means that they can make/receive calls at any location with Internet connectivity. Such infrastructure offers greater employee mobility and flexibility.

Virtual Office Infrastructure with Tornado M5 and M20 IP Phones

The Virtual Office Class 5 Infrastructure with Tornado M20 PRO IP Phone is an enhancement to the basic Virtual Office Class 5 Infrastructure. System users can have access to the same Virtual Office functionality but in addition they can enjoy auto-attendant services. The auto attendant greets callers and routes calls to the appropriate person, based on user defined steps and responses.
